Returns on New Items
You may return new products and promotional items. Sale items cannot be returned.
No Refunds on Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund, unless the return is due to an incorrect size.
Return Costs & Instructions
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse original shipping fees and are not liable for any customs duties or additional taxes. We will assist you throughout the return process. Send returns to the address we provide once your return request has been approved. Because we work with suppliers in different countries, the return address may be located outside the European Union.
Return Request Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot process returns. Please follow the return procedure carefully.
Exchanges for Sale Items
Sale items cannot be exchanged, except in the case of an incorrect size. We recommend selecting your size carefully before purchase.
Defective Goods Warranty
If you receive a defective product, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
